PROGRAMS
CROSSFIT
1 Hour long, coach led, typically involves a Warmup, a Strength block, a Workout block, and accessory work after the class.
FOREVER FIT
This is our 60+ CrossFit Class led by Coach Andrea Jones. This class is also an hour long but focused on maintaining your health and strength for longevity!
LOWCO LADIES LIFTING CLUB
This 1 hour class for women ONLY led by Coach Haley Gierszal, is for women to find out what their bodies are capable of and to get strong together! This class consists of a warmup, 3-4 strength blocks, and then a mobility focused cool down.
LOWCO KIDS CLUB
This is a kids class that is 1 hour long and focuses on teaching ages 8-13 how to move and exercise correctly at a young age!
